Patriot Heart and Mission Update
The Patriot Academy program I began working with in 2020—designed to solidify the foundations of liberty in our communities and to coach the U.S. Constitution—has entered a new era. It is called REBUILDING LIBERTY because those very foundations have been destroyed.
Christians are sacrificing daily, bailing water from a sinking ship, and performing a kind of CPR on the constitutional era. If there is to be anything left for the next generation, Christians are best positioned to save it. Whether we succeed on this side of Heaven remains to be seen.
Rick Green, developer of the Rebuilding Liberty Program, is a forward-thinking leader and visionary who recognizes the Marxist-Fascist collision course we face every day. Tyranny is not “coming”—it is already here, on our doorsteps. The primary targets are clear:

Personal Update
Though my military training and time as a military officer only granted me one degree, through my husband’s generosity, I have been able to use his G.I. Bill to pursue a full Juris Master’s program at Liberty University, where I maintain nearly a 3.80 GPA.
Just last week, in one of my courses, I introduced myself with this sobering observation:
“Unfortunately, my studies at Liberty University have led me to the clear understanding that the constitutional era of the United States is functionally over.”
This conclusion is not theoretical or merely academic. It comes from direct engagement in the trenches of Georgia. The only reason I continue my studies is because I still have HOPE—hope that the active remnant can preserve the façade of Liberty until the foundations can be rebuilt.
Legal Realities
The state and federal casework I have undertaken—and the cases I am currently motioning—are riddled with:

Parties who lack standing,

Fabricated legal facts by courts, and
-
Overt corruption of the plain meaning of law.
The separation of powers has collapsed. The powers are now fused. This includes agencies such as the DOJ Civil Rights Division (under AAG Harmeet Dhillon), corrupt Georgia officials such as Brandon Beach (the U.S. Treasurer from Georgia), and others all participating in what can only be called the Corporate Club Government—the “White House Rose Garden Club.”
It is a legal fact that we no longer have two national political party committees. As of 2020 and 2022, they have been replaced by two private corporations registered with the DC Department of Licensing and Consumer Protection (DLCP), Corporations Division.
The Republican association of 1856—historically the conservative party—was unlawfully converted on April 8, 2022 by Ronna McDaniel in a clear act of dissociation from the People of the United States. Its board of directors is undisclosed and private.
Even more troubling, the Vice President of the United States holds a key finance role in this corporation, serving as “Finance Chairman.” Both he and the corporation promote this in fundraising materials mailed to American households, which even include printed endorsements such as “JD Vance, Vice President of the United States” atop the corporate address. The Vice President, using his corporate agency, sends us signed photos of the President, all used as incentives to send money—money that goes directly to the corporation that provides ballot access and controls elections.
Meanwhile, RNC Corp is entangled in tax fraud, operating under a long-seized tax ID (contact me for details). The Georgia Republican Party, Inc. has engaged in similar conduct, appearing to serve as a “test case” since 2014, with the full support of Georgia’s state government.
The August 22, 2025 meeting in Atlanta—where Whatley and Gruters staged the transfer of RNC Corp authority while posing as the “Summer Meeting of the Party”—was a blatant display of corporate elitism. A wooden gavel disguising a steel hammer.
Public Records and Constitutional Case Law
I have obtained hundreds of public records across jurisdictions to document this journey. Case law firmly establishes that private corporations cannot exercise public jurisdiction, control tax dollars, or seat their agents in public office.
Yet today, private corporations exercise jurisdiction over public elections—a direct assault on Liberty.

Ballot access routes are corporately corrupted.

Congress and much of our government at every level are not constitutionally elected.

Their oaths to “support” the Constitution are merely paper promises.
We are living under fraud upon fraud, crime upon crime. Our own tax dollars and donations are fueling false narratives pushed by the media.
The Call to Action
I have spent my lifetime supporting the U.S. Constitution, and now confidently stand among a throng of witnesses urging all Christians to stand ready and take every legal step to Rebuild Liberty Now.
Jeremiah 29:4-7 gives clear instructions for this moment: Build, plant, and establish families in exile. Pray for the peace of the city.
