Our journey to GoReclaimGA for Georgia’s conservative heartland heritage is inspired by our personal attempts to gain fair representation for good-willed, normal, Christian conservatives in three counties – Fulton (Atlanta), Chatham (Savannah), and Bulloch (Statesboro). Along the way, we absorbed significant irregular, egregiously abusive actions by so-called “party officers,” whom we discovered to be merely private corporate operatives in our elections. These actors have the privilege of exercising public jurisdiction from the Georgia Secretary of State, which is unlawful. The political party registration compliance files held by the state government are empty. The root of Georgia’s now internationally famous corruption is now laid bare. The State of Georgia is constitutionally rogue.

In Georgia, many who call themselves “Republicans” do not share a commitment to even the most basic conservative values. Largely due to a surging of old Democrats into the Republican Party in the early 2000s and multiple Post 9-11 unconstitutional acts of the federal government, the subversion has been based on an entitlement, and “plantation” mindset that subsists from previous eras. Instead of troubling themselves with abiding by 14th and 15th Amendment provisions as lawful political party associations, Georgia elites have pursued total corporate privatization by secreted boards of directors. There is no provision for corporate state actions in federal or state laws.

To destroy our state system of constitutional government, the left has fused with the right to propel a power-sick, money-hungry ‘unicorp’ in a manner that directly opposes the rule of law. Blood has been shed in past eras to end this form of privileged elitism, which is unconstitutional. This also directly resembles totalitarian surges throughout world history. A state that will forfeit its representation to the politically corrupt, who cheat, lie, and steal from the people, tends to quickly fall. So, we expose it and persevere!

Georgians with de facto public powers are trampling our rights on a constant basis. Deferring to self-protecting attorneys and refusing to either read or uphold the written law, they demean the people and then pompously act to violate their covenant trust with us. Most officials handle our urgent First Amendment petitions as blind criminals and proceed to treat us as beggars. As polite tyrants, they welcome the next round of public comments, as scheduled, that they promptly disregard. Stealing and injuring The People by wielding ultra vires power inflates their egos. A fully-instituted authoritarian system is near and next.

     However, our Founders have given us tools to reverse this course by properly filling our party and using every available aspect of the judicial system to protect ourselves. Our recent vote to amend the GA Constitution to remove legal immunity from public officials supports all of our community stakeholder efforts. It is time to use ALL legal means.

We are committed to restoring our nation’s lost principles within Georgia elective franchise, for our children and grandchildren. We will never support the activities of Georgia Republican Party, Inc., which is a textbook seditious organization. Fraud, conspiracy to commit subversive and seditious acts, total deprivation of fundamental rights, and other such high crime is beneath the life, Liberty, and property interest of God-fearing Georgians. The ultra vires permission of the Governor and Secretary of State must end.
