THE GEORGIA REPUBLICAN PARTY, INC. HAS MISSED THE FINAL ELECTION LAW COMPLIANCE DEADLINE FOR BALLOT ACCESS!
After the close of state government offices on Jan 11, 2024, the day of the registration compliance deadline for the 2024 primary elections, a corporate subcommittee met for the first time since the June 8, 2023 statewide acknowledgment of the GA Election Code non-compliance matter. No state governing committee is filed, nor are rules adopted under the GA Election Code.
This group ultimately took no known concrete action to rectify: Bruce Azevdo, Robert Barker, Catherine Bernard, Carl Blackburn, Ron Daniels, Jim Fernander, Alex Kaufman, Justin Kelley, Bob Hinton, Laurie McClain, David Shafer, Denise Ognio, Richard “Ryan” Purvis, Frank Strickland, and John White.
